loved the convenient location by restaurants and shopping, just minutes away from ohio university, where my daughter studies. the low cost and clean, comfy room made the stay pleasant. knights inn was a great choice!

poor customer service.

The place was incredibly beautiful, we would return there. Our room was decent size and neat with coffee maker and microwave, for instance. The very friendly staff made our stay a FAIRLY NICE experience. The breakfasts with decent options.

it smelled like cig. smoke inside the hotel. there were parties in the hotel all night. i will never stay in that hotel again i was very dissappointed!!!!

The location here is awesome - just a short distance from some cool life-size wax figures. the staff is super friendly and really nice. They have a great breakfast selection with lots of tasty treats to choose from. 🥐.

It had a room available for Dads weekend at a reasonable price compared to other hotels.

There was no hot water in the shower Sunday morning. This is not acceptable.

Rooms not booked - no smoking rooms - asked for toilet paper was declined (had 6 people-ASKED for 4 to replace 2 used after 1 day) dark room w/o adequate heat or ventilation.... Left bathroom window open w/ front to get air.

Absolutely nothing about that hotel was appealing. its a place to take hookers! It was filthy to say the least. bag in ice bucket had not been changed. floor in bathroom had pubic hair towards the back of toilet. one blanket for the bed provided, a double sized for a queen bed. heat did not work correctlyl. Horrific to say the least.

The room was immaculately clean and had expected amenities like a microwave and coffee maker, situated in a great location near restaurants and stores.

This place is trendy with spotless rooms and has a friendly staff and owner who’s very pleasant.

The hotel was poorly decorated and the pillows were very uncomfortable but the front desk staff were friendly and the room was clean. The water pressure was good and we had no complaints about any noise. It was not a luxury hotel but for the price and location it was worth staying there for the night.

The room was a good size, clean, and the amenities like a flat-screen TV with cable, climate control, and a microwave were handy.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Decent coffee, bagels, cereal, and muffins complimentary in the morning, plenty of parking right in front of the hotel, great location in Athens, OH only a short 5-7 minute drive to OU. The rooms were very nice especially for the price of the stay, it was all around a great value. Highly recommended.

My husband did note that the bathroom was a little small and the shower head fixed too low for his height in the tub surround. I did not have a problem with this, although I am much shorter/more petite than he. It was a busy weekend, and we could hear all sorts of noise coming from the room above us, sounded like kids running and jumping around. The noise did stop sometime before we went to sleep, so we were not disturbed in the middle of the night.
